Order Placement & Payments
We provide 100% Secured Online payment through the RazorPay gateway. SSL Secured.

- Pay through Net Banking.
- Pay using mobile payments.

- Pay using UPI.
We offer Cash on Delivery services. An additional cost of ₹50/- INR will be added to your final cart total, when selecting the Cash on Delivery option. This fee is required for processing COD Payments. All COD orders when placed is confirmed by call on the phone number provided by you during checkout. We confirm all orders when placed before manufacturing or shipping – therefore the scope for accidental purchases do not arise. If an order is placed and confirmed, the customer is liable to make the payment on COD orders.
You can checkout as a guest. The order details are emailed to your email used during checkout. It is however, recommended to make an account to allow the seamless tracking of orders and making future purchases.
Once the order is placed from your side, it is instantly sent to the manufacturing division/shipping division. At this stage, you are no longer able to cancel or change the order. However, if you really want to make changes to your order, please contact our customer support and seek their assistance, you can immediately contact our support team. If your order is not yet manufactured, you can change/cancel it as informed by our representative.
90% of orders are dispatched within 48 hours timeline. All orders will be processed and dispatched within 72 hours. However, All-Over-Printed (AOP Designs) take a minimum of 4-5 days to prepare for dispatch. We do not process or dispatch orders on Sundays.
Shipping & Returns

We don’t have any return policy. This is because we confirm each order when it is placed by a customer – only then we proceed to manufacture it and dispatch it. We make sure the order is correct and it passes a series of quality checks before it is dispatched. We may consider a refund in certain situations. Shipment notifications are shared by mail once it is shipped. All the shipments can be tracked with respective tracking numbers provided in the email or user account Dashboard>Orders>Order Notes.
90% of the orders dispatched orders are delivered within 2 working days across India. Other orders except India Post will get delivered within 4 working days, India Post orders will get delivered within 7 working days. International shipment takes 3 to 15 days for delivery, you can contact our support team for region-wise details.
We partnered with FedEx, DHL, Delhivery and indiapost for our dispatch. We will prioritize the courier partner based on serviceability and delivery timeline.
- Shipping (Regular): Surface shipping, delivery between 3-5 days.
- Shipping (Express): Air shipping, delivery within 1-2 days.
